Down again as of 10:01 29/11 - pings OK but no pages being served. Yesterday the website gcapartments.co.uk was down for 285 minutes or thereabouts - I hope it isn't off for so long today or I'm going to start getting phone calls. Not sure if mail was or not.

Hi - I've had a few phone calls from client's who I have done websites for and they are not happy with me right now either.

If somone could look into the issue ASAP that would be excellent.

What's going on, UH Hosting?
Please sort it out as clients are complaining and it's bad for business.

staff seem to respond promptly to tickets

When the server went down on Saturday i got a reply on Sunday to say that there were no problems. The only reason web server went back up is because i called emergency number on the site and James fixed it.

rweb13 is down again, I left a message on the emergency mobile and emailed but it's out of support hours (10 - 5) so when will it be back up? There is business to be done, and no emails or other tools from the server...

A certain amount of outage is normal on any host - mostly it's such short periods it's not noticed
